Return Authorization

We would like to inform you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Only returns for orders placed on our official website www.asteland.com will be processed.

Asteland applies European and Italian law pursuant to Article 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree no. 170 of November 4, 2021, implementing EU Directive 2019/771 regarding returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal in European Union countries. To return orders placed outside the European Union, you must contact Customer Care directly by email so that your request can be processed.

Return costs are always paid by the customer and depend on the shipping country.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached, within 14 calendar days of receipt. Missing packaging/tags or clear evidence of use will not accept the return. All refund information must be sent by email to asteland@gmail.com.

After the return request, the package can be sent within 3 days accompanied by the return document, without which it cannot be accepted.

Once the return is received, Asteland will check the quality of the product(s) to ensure they comply with our return policy. If so, a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase or a voucher will be sent via email.
