RETURN POLICY

This policy applies to purchases made on asteland.com and forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and purchased online, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person appointed by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email asteland1997@gmail.com within that period, stating your full name, order number, the products you wish to return and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but this is not mandatory.

Returning products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send or deliver the products within the following 14 days, following the instructions we provide. Except for defective, damaged or non-conforming products, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Please return products intact and, where possible, with their original packaging, tags and accessories. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

For a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received for the returned products, including the initial standard delivery charge where required by law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered will not be refunded.

The refund will be made within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. No refund fees will be charged.

Personalised or made-to-order products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where provided by law. This exclusion does not affect the customer’s rights when a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the order.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at asteland1997@gmail.com, quoting your order number and, where possible, attaching photographs. We will provide the remedy available under the legal guarantee without charging return costs arising from the defect or lack of conformity.

Your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
