TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made on asteland.com. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted them.

2. Products

Asteland sells clothing, accessories and other items, including handmade and personalised products. Images and colours displayed may differ slightly because of screen settings, craftsmanship or the materials used, without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.

3. Orders and conclusion of the contract

Before purchase, the main product characteristics, price, any charges and estimated delivery times are displayed. After submitting the order, you will receive confirmation at the email address provided. The contract is concluded when the order is accepted and confirmed. If a product is unavailable, there is an obvious error or the order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and promptly refund any amount paid.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Any shipping charges are shown before the order is confirmed. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout and is processed by the relevant payment providers.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the destinations and at the rates shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly for handmade or made-to-order products. We will notify you as soon as possible of any significant delay. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

6. Personalised or made-to-order products

For products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, the characteristics, price and production time may be agreed before production. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are possible only if expressly accepted by Asteland. The right of withdrawal is excluded for these products where provided by law; rights concerning defects, damage or lack of conformity remain unaffected.

7. Withdrawal and returns

For online purchases, consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to the exceptions provided by law. Procedures, costs, return periods and refunds are set out in the Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Defective products and legal guarantee

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable law. If an item is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, email asteland1997@gmail.com, quoting the order number and, where possible, attaching photographs.

9. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, texts, designs and website content belong to Asteland or their respective owners and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without authorisation.

10. Liability

Asteland is not responsible for disruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence or domicile remain competent where required by applicable law. Before taking legal action, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version available when an order is placed applies to that order.
